It's design combines an array of features including a quick disconnect functions, an adjustable headband, a flexible microphone boom and a clothing clip. This headset also has acoustic shock protection incorporated into it's design. The Agent 100 headset is supplied with a leatherette ear cushion, comes with a 2 year repair/replace warranty and is CE approved.
