Sennheiser CC550 Call Centre headset

The Sennheiser CC550 Binaural Call Centre Headset comes with an ultra noise cancelling boom microphone that blocks out a maximum amount of ambient noise and so makes it easier for the listener to understand what the headset user is saying. The flexibility of the microphone boom allows for adjustment around it's axis up to 300° while the teflon washer arrangement allows for stable positioning of the microphone boom while minimising the wear and tear of the components. The Sennheiser CC550 headset also comes with ActiveGard technology that controls excessively loud signals in the headphones by reducing the volume of an incoming signal if it goes above a certain threshold. Other features include extra-large ear caps and leatherette Comfort Pads.
