The Sennheiser HMEC 450 aviation headset is a pilot's headset with closed ear protector headphones and NoiseGard active noise compensation for use in helicopters, propeller and turbo-prop aircraft. The attenuation is constant up to 40 dB throughout the entire audio range and the noise-compensated boom microphone offers superior speech transmission. The Sennheiser HMEC 450 ensures superior speech intelligibility, has all electronics fully integrated into headphone capsules and can function as a conventional headset when the Noisegard supply voltage is switched off. It also comes with a 10 year warranty.
