Delivery Cost?

A Standard Delivery charge of £10.00 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 10kg being delivered to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. For deliveries outside the UK mainland (including without limitation the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Isle of White) a charge of £25.00 + VAT is added to all packages under 10Kg.

A Standard Delivery charge of £25.00 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 10kg being delivered to Northern Ireland.

Any delivery overseas or within the British Isles but outside the UK mainland, such as Jersey and Guernsey, will need to be arranged prior to the order being shipped. The charge will be dependant on destination and the volumetric size of the package, so we will contact you to agree the final delivery charge before the order is shipped. Alternatively, feel free to contact us prior to placing the order to receive a delivery quote.


Delivery Time?

At Best4Headsets, we aim for next day delivery. Any product ordered before 4.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).

Deliveries to Non UK addresses are classed as international delivery, and as such cannot be delivered next day. Deliveries to Northern Ireland can not be delivered next day.

Orders taken after 4.00pm will be dispatched the next day. Any order made on a Friday after 4.00 pm will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holiday's) for delivery Tuesday.

Though every effort is made by Best4Headsets & the couriers to achieve next day delivery, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.

Best4Headsets relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

It is not always possible to manage next day delivery to non-mainland UK. This is dependant on the accessibility of your address.


Who is our courier?

For orders to be delivered within the UK the courier used will be Interlink Express. Please note that for more remote parts of Scotland, Ireland and non UK mainland delivery may take two days. You should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.


Tracking your parcel?

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered. In most cases, the email will have a Tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the couriers web site and entering your tracking number in the Consignment Number field. Please follow the instructions on your email.

If you do not have a Tracking number on your email, please don't hesitate to give us a call on 0844 854 6852 the day after you expected to receive your parcel if you still have not received it. We will enquire as to the whereabouts of your parcel and advise you of our findings. Unfortunately, we are unable to check on the status of these parcels on the actual day of delivery, but have to wait until the next day.

Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give Interlink Express your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by Interlink Express or used by any other third party.


If your products have been damaged?

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us on 0844 854 6852 or email: returns@Best4Headsets.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. You must contact us to be assigned a returns number. Parcels will not be accepted without a valid returns number.
