  2) You agree to Best4Systems making contact within 14 days of receiving your Free trial headset to obtain feedback regarding your trial experience, your details will not be distributed to a third-party for marketing purposes.

  4) Once the completed application is received by Best4Systems, you will receive a confirmation of the free trial. The Trial unit cannot be granted to participants who have not completed the online application form.
  
  5) After receiving the request form your trial unit will be sent out to you within 2 working days.
  
  6) Best4Systems reserves the right to cancel this offer without prior notice.
