Newcross Healthcare's call centre staff we struggling with background noise for not only the operatives, but the clients too... We sent them a sample unit of the 'Avalle Verso' binaural headset and a compatible amplifier. After trying the 'Avalle Verso's' ultra noise-cancelling microphone and noise reducing ear cushions, they've decided to replace all of their headsets with this solution.

The Avalle Verso was trialled against Plantronics, the incumbent, and the other leading manufacturers, Jabra Sennheiser and Agent.The Verso was judged on sound quality for both user and caller, comfort, build quality, cost of ownership and lead times/delivery logistics. The Verso's excellent noise cancelling properties, padded headband, innovative design and price point were singled out as the reasons for success in this tender. YAS now buy new headbands when they have new users rather than seperate devices and furnish each staff member with their own headband. In a shift work scenario this has meant no need for staff members to have own devices.
