FREE standard UK delivery on all orders above £50 ex VAT.
At Best4Headsets, we aim for next-day delivery. Orders placed before 4:00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) are typically delivered the next business day before 5:30 pm, provided the item is in stock.

European & International Shipping
Overseas deliveries or shipments to the British Isles outside the UK mainland (e.g., Jersey/Guernsey) must be arranged prior to shipping.

Tracking & Couriers
- Courier: We primarily use DPD.
- Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can view the status on the DPD website.
- Missed Delivery: If you are not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions to arrange a new delivery day.
- Support: If you do not have a tracking number, call us at 0844 824 6663 the day after your expected delivery.
Damaged Goods & Returns
If goods are damaged upon receipt, you must complete a return request form for a returns number within 14 days of delivery.
Parcels will not be accepted without a valid returns number. Contact us at 0844 854 6850 (Mon-Fri 10:00 am - 4:00 pm) to discuss your return.
