The Plantronics HW530D EncorePro is a Digital Binaural headset that offers fully integrated audio and asset management.
When used with the Plantronics DA90 Audio Processor (Sold Separately) and Plantronics Manager Pro (Additional Service), the Plantronics HW500D series becomes a fully integrated audio and asset management solution for customer service centres. Centralised management enables your IT team to track detailed insights about devices deployed.
Plantronics have included their legendary Wideband audio, Noise Cancelling microphone, Sound Guard protection and lightweight design so that customer service representatives can focus on each customer conversation.
